There is no special hotel rates for the Symposium, so we suggest you look for the best deals yourself through your favorite hotel reservation web sites or travel agents.

Vacation package tours (airfare+hotel) often offer much better total prices.

The hotels we suggest are the following;

Any hotel listed below, except for the Busena Terrace, will be connected to the venue by bus during the Symposium if we know you stay there. Please check the Symposium website to make sure at what time a conference bus stops at your hotel in the morning.

An ideal hotel for the Symposium: right next to the venue and one of the best hotels in Okinawa. The Symposium Banquet will be held in this hotel.

The official head-quarter (HQ) hotel for the Symposium: 2.3 km away from the venue and on the mountain side. A large resort complex. The price is moderate.

A simple “business” hotel. Inexpensive.

General Remarks

• Renting a car is, in general, inexpensive in Okinawa and will make your transportation much easier if you are a good driver.

• If you stay in a hotel not listed above and need transportation to the venue, please contact us at jspp10@camt.eng.osaka-u.ac.jp. We may not be able to offer free transportation between the venue and hotels not listed above.
