  • Paper presenters are requested to complete registration and payment by October 5. Otherwise, their presentations will not be included in the program.
  • After October 5, only onsite registration is accepted.

＊ Should have citizenship or a fulltime student status in universities in Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam. Student is requested to present the active student ID card at the registration desk. In case he/she does not satisfy the condition, the regular rates will be applied.

Payment

  • The due date for the payment is:
    Early-bird registration:
    11.59 PM. (GMT), September 10, 2019 or 08.59 AM. (JST), September 11, 2019.
    Online registration:
    11.59 PM. (GMT), October 5, 2019 or 08.59 AM. (JST), October 6, 2019.
  • All payment must be in Japanese yen.
  • The registration fee will be charged by “JTB Corp.”, which is an official registration desk of ITS Bangkok 2019.

Cancellation

  • In case of cancellation, your registration fee will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees as shown below.
  • Please note all refunds will be made after the Conference.
  • Please revise and/or cancel your registration by logging-in to your "My Page".
